TADAAA!!! New Facebook!

Personally, I think the new Facebook layout that has the Timeline feature sucks. But, as a longtime user of this social site, I have to try it. I have the urge that I should. The new feature will roll out in public this coming October, but I had the chance to convert my profile immediately to this feature and experience this before my friends and relatives could.

The new layout looks more like a blog than a Facebook profile. One of the new features is the cover photo, which is also serves as a banner/header for your profile. You can put your own photos here in this area (and then creates the cover photo album, another album yohow!). Below, I put as my cover photo pictures of my boyfriends- you know them. :-)

Now, where is the Timeline feature? At the upper right of your profile you can see it. You don't have to click the OLDER POSTS link to see your previous activity. You can now select from the years or months from your timeline to fine the particular post or status you made.

With the new Facebook feature and the site rolling out other new features in the coming months, I have come to the conclusion that browsing and using the site had become more complicated. But who knows? Maybe the public will like it. We will see the results next month when the Timeline features goes public.
